Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • We try to make every effort to work with you when “life happens” and there is a need to cancel a cruise.

  • If the Captain has to cancel a cruise for any reason such as bad weather, heavy winds, rough seas, mechanical breakdowns, etc, you will always get a full refund or an opportunity to reschedule your cruise to a different time or day. The Captain rarely has to cancel a cruise, but it does happen when there are thunderstorms or the water is super rough.

  • If you, the paying customer, cancel a cruise for any reason at least 48 hours before cruise time you will get a full refund. This is especially true when you book your cruise directly with the Captain. We work with several online apps for reservations and some are not as forgiving as we are locally so those may be somewhat out of our control.

  • You cannot cancel a cruise at the last minute due to cloudy weather or some possibility of light rain in the forecast and expect a full refund.

  • The bottom line is we want you to cruise with us!

  • We want you to have a fun time!

  • We want to to be so happy that you leave us a nice 5 Star review!

  • We want you to recommend us to your friends!

  • The final decision on refunds is up to the Captain, but he is a really nice guy.
